My priority is safety, health, comfort, confidence and enjoyment for all of my clients – please note the following:
COVID- 19 protocol prior to closing will be in affect from spa hospital grade sanitation protocol & hygiene, including: Wearing masks when entering including myself. Digital forehead temperature monitoring when you arrive. You must fill out an intake COVID-19 form, hand washing prior to your service, there are NEW wall hand sanitizing dispensing units in each room. And Plexi glass at the front desk, & manicuring station. . There will be a (pause) in between each client to do full sterilization of the studio.

Why I Have a Strict Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Montebello Skin Care Studio, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes

Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. Moving forward when scheduling a future appointment we will be asking for a credit card to have on file to reserve your booking.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, and or will result in forfeiting the treatments(s) that are pre-paid. - Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 12 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - Multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Montebello Skin Care Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Grace & Exceptions
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Unfortunately we do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. We understand this may come across as shrewd and our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our professional time and guests.
Children Policy:
To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, for people to recharge and spend some “me time” to relax. Children under the age of 12 are NOT permitted in the spa without an appointment. . It is not relaxing if you are worried about how your child is behaving or about meeting your child’s needs. Your child’s safety and well-being are important to me. If you bring a child into an esthetics room, for instance, there are many machines that are potentially dangerous such as scissors, hot boxes, expensive equipment, chemicals,etc, and is a liability. Of course, we would never want any harm to come to your child. Similarly, if you leave your child in the waiting area, there is no front-desk supervision or attention they need. I have other clients who have come to the spa for the same reason you did: to relax. Even though you would try very hard to keep your child’s behavior in check, you can’t absolutely control it. It is my job to take care of my clients. And that is what this policy is really about. Thank you for understanding.
Payment is expected at time of service.
Coupons and gift certificates MUST be present at time of service. Gift card holder must use gift certificate ONLY.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in pricing.
